Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns:
Please Contact US first!
  • must be contacted within 48 hours after order is received.   
  • Live crickets and worms have a special policy.  Please see HERE for more infomation.  
  •  Item must be in new, unused, unopened and original packaging with all enclosed materials. 
  • All returns must have an authorization number. Please use the contact us page to obtain authorization. 
  • All returns without an authorization number will be refused. 
  • Write your return authorization number on the outside of your package. This will speed up processing time. 
  • DO NOT write the authorization number on the manufacturer's box or materials. 
  • Refunds or exchanges are only for items purchased. There is no refund of shipping and handling costs. 
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be given after product is received and inspected.  
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing after product is received.  
Damaged Merchandise:
- if your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will arrange to send out a replacement. 
- All shipping damages must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery. 
- We will have to file a damage claim with the carrier.

Cancelled Orders:
Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. Orders canceled after being shipped or refused at delivery will be refunded minus all shipping fees. This includes carrier fees for return shipments.
