4fishies will select the most cost-efficent carrier to ship your order.  We ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS depending on price, warehouse location and time of order.  

Orders placed before 1pm central monday thru friday usually ship same day.  Orders placed after the 1pm central cut-off will ship the following business day.  

 

Special Handling (excludes oversized/Heavy weight items and T5 bulbs)  

Some items have additional charges due to overweight, oversized or live items.  These will be noted on the items page.  *

T5 bulbs

Ground shipping of T5 bulbs has a flat rate of $9.99 to cover special packaging materials.  

At this time, 4fishies.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does 4fishies.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

We take great care to prevent live products from perishing in transit. Therefore we have shipping requirements in place.  Please read below carefully before placing an order.   Thank you!  

Live and/or perishable products require special heating, refrigeration and/or venting.  Some of these products must ship 3 days or less.  Orders placed on Wednesday thru Sunday will usually ship the following Monday to ensure these needs.  These items will be noted in their description.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by 4fishies.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Lost Packages

Please contact us with 24 hours to initiate a lost package tracer with our carrier. We must allow 48 hours for UPS to process the trace. In the event they are unsuccessful finding the package we will resend your order immediately if there are no back orders.
